Now federal prosecutors are starting to look into Silver's pet lobbyist Pat Lynch and how contracts for state mandated traffic cameras in Yonkers and elsewhere are being awarded. Last month New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo subpoenaed records regarding Lynch's involvement in the placement of state pension funds. No word on that investigation from the AG.
