The Obama campaigns "out of the gate" attack on Mitt Romney for his connection to Bain Capital and a Steel Mill that Bain invested in which failed two years after Romney left Bain is a giant flopparoo. Politics is about the future and not the past. Voters want to know what you will do for them tomorrow not what you were doing 20 years ago. Adding insult to injury, Obama's Bain attack was completely undercut by Newark New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker, former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell and the Big Enchilada of Democratic Politics, former President Bill Clinton - all of whom declared the Bain attack wrong-headed and unproductive. That David Axelrod mau-maued Mayor Booker into backtracking on his remarks only made Booker look worse and drew attention to the Democratic dissent against the Obama Campaign Bain Capital Strategy.
