John Owen Brennan has been subpoenaed by a Southern District of Florida empaneled Grand Jury. But, wait, folks. There is more at play here for Mr. Brennan than meets the eye.
There comes a time in the life of any government when its citizens must rise-up and demand corruption be accounted for and a cleansing of a decayed system be implemented. Such is the time in 2025 under Trump 2.0. This effort can not come at the hands of any politician with compromised strings. It must come from a grass-roots, hoi polloi (greek: “the many”) movement and voice. An anti-establishment threat, such as Donald Trump. One such Patriot is Ian Trottier. Having established his podcast Discussions of Truth, in 2016 in Miami, he now authors the DC shattering expose titled High Stakes Treason: How John Brennan Compromised American Security for Million$. This shocking revelation reveals treasonous activity deep within the swamp of the Obama Administration.
Trottier’s writings, found at: HighStakesTreason.com, contain compelling evidence of alarming allegations that former Barack Obama’s National Security Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and then CIA Director, John Brennan, intentionally compromised American security. One such scenario Trottier describes alleges that Brennan had full knowledge of the whereabouts of the Boston Marathon terrorists prior to the attacks on April 15, 2013. And, that he financially benefited from sequestering the vital national security intel for his personal financial benefit.
As one USA Today reporter who recently responded to Trottier put it: “You’re saying he hid intel from FBI and CIA so terror could be launched against the US and profit from it?” Yes. That is EXACTLY what the contents of Trottier’s book allege. A reflection of just how corrupt We The People have allowed our government to become. This civil servant put his own stock holdings before our national safety – that is the now subpoenaed, Mr. John Brennan. However, what we find revealed by Trottier’s writings is that he has done much more than just lie to Congress under oath. That a possible perjury charge may just be the beginning of this coming chapter in Brennan’s life.
“One of the many remarkable revelations contained in this groundbreaking exposé concerns the accusation that Brennan actively orchestrated the tragic deaths of American citizens to serve nefarious political purposes,” Trottier adds.
In fact, Donald Trump himself has suggested that John Brennan was the ring-leader of the Russian collusion hoax. What we find in Trottier’s book is a description of HIGH STAKES MOTIVE that lay behind the veil of the Russian hoax. Outside of the perjury charges that Brennan potentially currently faces, Trottier is working with various Congressional staffers to bring forth a proposed investigation into John Brennan as they relate to the contents of the book – and bring indictment on that criminal activity. In other words, the crimes he committed as chronicled in High Stakes Treason clearly show motive for his involvement to orchestrate the Russian hoax and attempt to keep a duly elected president out of office. As an establishment outsider, Trump was and remains a threat to these swamp creatures. Pelosi now retires at a critical investigative time in our country. Trottier made note to me that he recently left a copy of his book at her office in the Longworth building.
Trottier’s main intelligence source for his work comes from a former FBI agent with extensive knowledge of the intelligence community.
To understand the complexity of this former agent’s information harvesting on Mr. Brennan’s malfeasance, it is important to understand his use of digital data mining. That is, navigating scores of government records that his expertise allowed him to curate into the aforementioned critical data points. Therefore, the credibility of Trottier’s work, rests heavily on the investigative expertise of this whistleblower. Furthermore, what is notable about Trottier’s findings are that nothing in his expose reveals classified documents. All material in the book is what is called Open-Source. All of it being therefore, incontrovertible.
A heavy amount of the intel in the book points to information we now know about an NSA program Edward Snowden revealed (2013) to the public, called XKeyScore[1].
In 2004, as a result of Bush Executive order 13354, the National Counterterrorism Center was established out of the 2003 post-9/11 developed Terrorist Threat Integration Center. John Brennan was the main architect of the NCTC. Its main objective: to merge and analyze all threat information from agencies like the CIA, FBI, DHS and DOD[2]. This gave Brennan much more than an insider gateway to the most critical national intelligence. As we see through Trottier’s book, it gave him the ability to manipulate intel. Yes USA Today, ‘hide”.
Furthermore, as the head of the NCTC, Brennan handpicked most of the center’s initial analysts who, argued by Trottier, would later owe their career advancements to him. He manipulated intelligence and personnel for subterfuge. One such unwitting analyst mentioned in the book is Michael Jones. As part of his orchestral development of the NCTC, Brennan also created permission for the NCTC to have authority to order the NSA (National Security Agency) to place the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) the NSA collected into what are called Codeword Compartments[3]. In these vital compartments, Trottier alleges, the national security intel was sequestered. All of this happening while Brennan illegally owned stock in the indispensable government contractor providing critical terror information to our intelligence services to protect the homeland. Major conflicts of interest, folks.
Again, current perjury allegations are one thing.
Revealing a documented scheme of treasonous activity on the American people, are another.
Trottier’s documentation show 25 CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS against John Brennan while he served as both National Security Advisor and CIA Director under Barack Obama. In his career, he jumped from the CIA, to The Analysis Corporation to the NCTC, to the Obama Administration and back to the CIA. All while being an admitted Communist[4] – and most notably, perhaps, having been an active convert to Islam[5], while serving as an executive under Obama! Here are the allegations as chronicled by Trottier:
8 FRAUDULENT Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Forms (SF-278) for the years 2009 through 2017[6]
- 1 FRAUDULENT ethics waiver signed by President Obama[7]
- 1 FRAUDULENT letter to the U.S. Senate during his CIA director confirmation process
- 15 FRAUDULENT White House visitor log entries to be created, thirteen of which were seemingly made by Caroline Krency, Brennan’s National Security Council administrative assistant
Trottier’s expose reveals 3 main terror activities Brennan allegedly manipulated while in power. Those are:
- Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab – the underwear bomber of Northwest Flight 253 in December 2009
- Anders Breivik – the Norwegian terrorist who attempted to decapitate the government of our NATO ally Norway on July 22, 2011. While Norway had troops fighting for the USA in Afghanistan under Article 5 of the NATO treaty.
- The Boston Marathon Bombing by Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in April 2013.
As noted, in 2013, The Guardian revealed the NSA’s vast XKeyscore surveillance system, capable of collecting nearly all global internet data under the guise of identifying overseas threats. Yet, despite this immense reach, investigators found, as example, no trace of SIGINT—signals intelligence—related to Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev before the attack.
That absence was not by accident.
According to Trottier, NSA collected SIGINT on Tsarnaev had allegedly been sequestered inside a classified “codeword compartment” at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Therefore, restricting access to only those with a specific “need-to-know.”[8] The compartmentalization may have began as early as 2006, when Tsarnaev and his brother Dzhokhar communicated with Musa Khadjimuradov, an official of the Chechen government-in-exile—communications that the NSA legally could have monitored under the FISA Court’s “two-hop” rule.
But none of that SIGINT surfaced in the FBI’s 2011 assessment of Tsarnaev, nor in later congressional or Inspector General investigations. Why? It was and remains allegedly sequestered under direction of John Brennan. The allegations of intel manipulation regarding terror activity of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab (2009) and that of Anders Breivik attacking our NATO ally, Norway (2011), are laid out in Trottier’s book High Stakes Treason. During Brennan’s tenure as counterterrorism chief, it appears U.S. agencies repeatedly missed—or failed to act upon—foreign warnings about Tsarnaev. Russia’s FSB had alerted the FBI in 2011 to Tsarnaev’s suspected extremism and later provided SIGINT showing his contacts with jihadists in Dagestan. Yet no comparable U.S. signals intelligence appeared in government databases.
Al Qaeda in Yemen kept a Jihadi website called “Inspire” where recipes for homemade bombs could be accessed. The American-born imam, Anwar al-Awlaki once lied on a USAID application to get a scholarship from the agency that was otherwise reserved for foreign citizens. He claimed he was born in Yemen. His Yemen father, Nasser, was a student at New Mexico State when he was born in Las Cruces. Anwar died by drone strike September 30, 2011. According to Ian Black of The Guardian, al-Awlaki was the founder of Inspire (magazine). Trottier alleges that al-Awlaki was a CIA asset[9]. The NSA would have been recording the SIGINT of anyone visiting this website prior to the Boston Marathon Bombdings. We know from court documents that Tamerlan visited this website and downloaded the directions for his pressure cooker bombs, but no such SIGINT was found by the FBI prior to the Marathon bombing. In fact, to further the recent plot as has somewhat unraveled under Trump’s second term and the DOGE work, as a FoxNews headline recently claimed: “USAID reportedly bankrolled al Al Qaeda terrorist’s college tuition.” The CIA working with USAID to influence possible terror activity.
White House records as presented in Trottier’s expose show Brennan met in 2011 with senior defense and intelligence officials who controlled counterterrorism budgets and airport alert systems (David S. Cohen and Gary P. Reid). Soon after, customs “TECS” alerts on Tsarnaev mysteriously failed twice—once during his 2012 trip to Dagestan, and again upon his return.
John Brennan’s Financial Trail
When Brennan joined the Obama administration in 2009, he declared ownership of a TAC 401(k) valued at $50,000. Records show that the plan contained 25,001 shares of TAC stock—shares that should have been divested or liquidated before entering government service. Instead, it appears Brennan simply renamed the account “Sotera 401(k)” after TAC rebranded for an IPO under the name Global Defense Technology & Systems (GTEC) in November of 2009[10]. Thereafter started Brennan’s apparent alleged criminal financial activity.
SEC filings indicate Brennan’s shares grew to more than 200k by the end of 2009, coinciding with “Sotera’s” November IPO. At market rates, his holdings would have been worth roughly $2.6 million—far beyond the $50,000 valuation reported to the Office of Government Ethics (OGE).
In 2011, private equity firm Ares Management bought Sotera for $24.25 a share, boosting the estimated value of Brennan’s alleged illegal holdings to nearly $5 million. Trottier claims Brennan’s filings misrepresented this account for years, maintaining it as an “excepted investment fund” despite being a single-company holding—potentially a violation of federal ethics law (18 U.S.C. § 208).
A Pattern of Concealment
Brennan’s financial dealings also intersected with this timeline. Cohen’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) had approved TAC’s earlier sale to a British firm before its IPO, a transaction that benefited Sotera’s investors—including Brennan himself. When Brennan became CIA Director in 2013, he continued to list a Sotera 401(k) on his disclosure forms, still undervaluing the account. John Brennan never owned stock in a company known as Sotera. Why was he listing it on Financial disclosures? Furthermore, Sotera’s predecessor, The Analysis Corporation (TAC), was a company Brennan allegedly said he would be selling – by conversion into an IRA account in 2009. We know this now, if true, to have been a false official statement. A felony.
Of note is that, that January, days after his CIA nomination, Brennan met privately at the White House with Saudi intelligence chief Prince Mohammed bin Naif. Within hours, visitor logs show Brennan’s assistant scheduled a meeting with Alexander Drew[11]—Brennan’s former TAC colleague previously accused of contract fraud—and Drew’s wife, a CIA Inspector General official.
White House logs also show over two dozen meetings between Brennan and analyst Michael Jones, who held codeword compartment access at the NCTC. Many of those sessions were logged under Brennan’s assistant’s name—an apparent effort, Trottier claims, to obscure the true nature of the meetings. White House logs appear in Trottier’s book. Michael Jones resigned abruptly two months after the Marathon bombing, leaving the intelligence community for a civilian job at Health and Human Services.
The Fallout
Trottier contends that Brennan’s dual role—overseeing counterterrorism operations while secretly profiting from a defense contractor—created both motive and opportunity leading Mr. Brennan to spear-head the orchestration of the Russian hoax. As described in his interview with Matt Gaetz[12], he has a FOIA out to the Joint Chiefs of Staff to reveal audio and video of a December 9, 2016 meeting at the White House. He suspects that such revealing will show how the Russian collusion conspiracy unfolded behind Situation Room closed doors.
“Brennan’s concealment of his TAC/Sotera holdings,” Trottier writes, “and his interference in investigations were not accidents—they were the acts of a man protecting both his fortune, his power – his conspiracy. The advancement of Trump’s imminence on the Deep State is a threat to the dirty maneuvers of these Swamp Rat creatures.”
Brennan has yet been charged, and no official inquiry has confirmed Trottier’s claims. Still, the unanswered questions surrounding the missing SIGINT—and the multimillion-dollar growth of Brennan’s undisclosed stock—continue to cast a shadow over one of America’s deadliest domestic terror attacks and what will soon come to light as America’s greatest conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected President. A scandal that will prove to dwarf that of the importance of Watergate.
At the conclusion of this investigation and judicial indictment process, Mr. John Owen Brennan, folks, will forever be remembered as being of America’s greatest traitors.
