As one of the last acts of his disgraceful presidency Joe Biden pardoned his crime family, as well as COVID creator and cover-up king Dr. Anthony Fauci.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that pre-emptive pardons like these, “must be understood as an acknowledgment that the individual engaged in criminal wrongdoing, and acceptance must be understood as an admission of guilt for criminal offenses.”
As many noted on X, Fauci’s pardon is conspicuously backdated to 2014, which coincides with the beginning of his infamous grant to EcoHealth Aliance and Peter Daszak for gain-of-function research at the CCP-controlled Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Fauci’s funding of this grant to China violated a federal ban on gain-of-function that was in place at the time. Emails obtained by White Coat Waste show clearly that Fauci’s staff conspired with Peter Daszak and EcoHealth to violate the ban and outsource this reckless research to China. This is the deadly project that President Trump canceled in April 2020 and the Biden Administration later re-instated.
After COVID was unleashed from this lab, Fauci then coordinated a cover-up and repeatedly perjured himself and swore under oath to Senator Rand Paul and others that he didn’t fund gain-of-function research in Wuhan. These lies are federal crimes punishable by fines and jail time that Fauci will avoid because Biden pardoned him.
Fauci also insisted under oath that he never used personal email for government business, which is also a crime. This was also a lie. U.S. House investigators pieced together a paper trail showing Fauci and his henchmen repeatedly communicated with reporters and others about the COVID cover-up. The New York Post reported how White Coat Waste secured documents via the Freedom of Information Act including a 2021 email from Fauci’s NIH.gov address in which he blatantly told a Washington Post reporter helping defend him from WCW’s attacks about his funding for beagle torture, “I will send you an e-mail via my gmail account.”
That’s just a few of the many crimes we know Fauci is guilty of. But his pardon doesn’t fully protect him.
One Trump transition adviser told the press, “These pardons will not stop Department of Justice investigations. We expected this and look at it as a predicate to get truth from people who can no longer use the Fifth Amendment. Now we can bring every one of them in front of a grand jury.”
Similarly, Sen. Paul posted on X that, “If there was ever any doubt as to who bears responsibility for the COVID pandemic, Biden’s pardon of Fauci forever seals the deal. As Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee I will not rest until the entire truth of the coverup is exposed. Fauci’s pardon will only serve as an accelerant to pierce the veil of deception. Ignominious! Anthony Fauci will go down in history as the first government scientist to be preemptively pardoned for a crime.”
Sounds like some accountability is still coming for his past crimes, but we also need to eliminate other waste, fraud and abuse Fauci set into motion.
As White Coat Waste and I have suggested to President Trump and the Department of Government Efficiency, to rid this nation of Fauci’s legacy his National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) needs to be eliminated.
Despite prompting a pandemic, the agency Fauci built still enjoys a $6.5 billion annual budget, which is over 13% of NIH’s total budget and the second largest of any NIH division.
These days, NIAID wastes this money to implant tissues and organs from aborted human fetuses into lab animals (something Trump halted, and Biden restarted), create transgender mice and monkeys, engineer deadly viruses that can be used as bioweapons, give kittens COVID and infest beagles with bugs. NIAID is also squandering tens of millions to confine 3,000 primates on Monkey Island and build a new U.S. bat virus lab devised by, you guessed it, EcoHealth Alliance. By the way, the heroes at White Coat Waste exposed these gratuitous grants, not the Trump bashers at the woke animal rights group PETA.
Trump and DOGE should abolish NIAID and cut its $6.5 billion budget with haste before it causes another pandemic and butchers more beagles. Let’s also stop the NIH and other agencies from recklessly shipping tax money to China’s shady animal labs.
Biden may have pardoned Fauci, but accountability is just beginning.
