Senator John Fetterman, D-Pennsylvania, is once again breaking with his party to support President Donald Trump.
Trump’s decision to join Israel in striking Iran has drawn widespread condemnation from leftist lawmakers, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. But one Democrat has thrown his full support behind Operation Epic Fury.

“Operation Epic Fury. President Trump has been willing to do what’s right and necessary to produce real peace in the region. God bless the United States, our great military, and Israel,” Fetterman wrote in an X post Saturday morning.
He even joined FOX News Channel’s Fox & Friends to call out his congressional colleagues who oppose the strikes.

“To actually create real peace, you have to do these kind of actions just like happened,” Fetterman said. “You know sometimes peace is possible after these kinds of steps and that’s why I support those things.”
“I’m proud to stand with our military and Israel through this,” he added. “That’s what’s the right thing.”
When asked to respond to those lawmakers who don’t support Trump’s actions, Fetterman called it “bizarre.”
