Republican voters want to hold Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren responsible for her senior role in the ‘Sham Impeachments’ of President Trump, and the criminalization of his supporters through her January 6 hearings. That lesson comes best served with a Democrat.

Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren defamed me by falsely claiming that I had some involvement in the riots at the US Capitol on January 6th. Despite the sham proceeds of the January 6th Committee in the last Congress which featured false testimony (perjury) against me by witnesses I don’t know and never met and cleverly manipulated AI enhanced videos it’s a defamatory smear.In fact, any claim that I knew in advance about, condoned or participated in any illegal action at the Capitol on January 6th is categorically false and there is no witness, e-mail, text message, encrypted message or chat thread that proves otherwise. I wasn’t even there and, as the Washington Post confirmed, was uninvolved in the effort to delay certification of the Electoral College that day. Lofgren can be defeated but I doubt a Republican can beat her. Let’s take a look at the last midterm election cycle in 2020, when Republican Peter Hernandez would have had a better chance with higher GOP turnout relative to a presidential election year. With that advantage, he lost in a landslide: 34% to Lofgren’s 66%. It’s not Peter’s fault. In fact, that was a great showing for a district that is only 19% registered Republican.
But in 2024, Democrats will be out in full force, particularly with a competitive United States Senate primary. Democrat turnout will inevitably overwhelm any Republican challenger. No Republican can overcome the numbers to make a general election competitive.
And make no mistake – Zoe Lofgren rests assured knowing that a vote for Hernandez in the jungle primary is, essentially, a vote for Lofgren in the general. A head-to-head match-up with Hernandez guarantees Lofgren a 16th term.
That’s why I’m appealing to my fellow patriots – my MAGA brothers and sisters – in suggesting that you vote strategically, rather than for the candidate whom you and I most agree with.
In the same way that Democrats infiltrated New Hampshire’s Republican Presidential Primary to support Nikki Haley, in an attempt to undermine President Donald Trump, we can impact California’s 18th congressional district. Because Republicans can vote for Democrats in California’s primary, we can ensure that Lofgren faces a Democrat challenger who can soundly defeat her.
It might surprise you to hear me suggest it, but I suggest vote for Muwekma Ohlone Tribal Chairwoman Charlene Concepción Nijmeh. We certainly don’t agree on all the issues, but we agree that she is far better than Zoe Lofgren.
Sometimes the enemy of my enemy is indeed my friend – and Chairwoman Nijmeh is an accomplished businesswoman who can identify with the burdensome regulations that small businesses face.
While many of us on the right might disagree with her more progressive stances, like Justice for Palestine or universal single payer healthcare, I am very much impressed with her pledge to donate her salary from Congress to charity – as President Trump did.
Let me make it clear. I hope Zoe Lofgren is defeated– at the ballot box. She has been horribly detrimental to this nation, and has played a key role in criminalizing political dissent and free speech in this nation. Lord help us all if she becomes Chairwoman of the Science and Tech Committee – Silicon Valley will enshrine their permanent monopolies into federal law, and we wouldn’t have any First Amendment protections left.
Lofgren’s relentless disregard of due process and her monomaniacal obsession with impeaching President Trump (twice), badly damaged this nation and the American people have endured horrendous economic consequences as a result of her political games. There are people sitting in prison today because she wants to play politics with their lives.
Zoe Lofgren deserves defeat . But given the numbers, Peter Hernandez can’t bring it. Vote for Charlene Concepción Nijmeh on March 5th, make your vote actually count, and let’s remove one of the most corrupt and sinister politicians in American history.
